Our Story
iMendos was founded to close a gap we kept seeing: the distance between business strategy, process excellence and technology enablement. Transformation programs rarely stall for lack of vision — they stall for lack of structure underneath them.
From early engagements in process optimization and enterprise architecture, we grew into a trusted partner for organizations navigating large-scale, regulated, multi-stakeholder transformations. Our approach combines methodology, tooling and hands-on execution — structured enough to govern, flexible enough to adapt.
Who We Are
We are a team of 25+ practitioners spread across two offices in Belgium and Luxembourg, delivering across Europe and beyond. Our consultants are international professionals who have lived and worked in different cultures, and multilingual — fluent in English, French, Dutch and more — which makes collaboration with global teams seamless. What unites them is a shared ambition: to help organizations become more resilient, run smarter processes, and grow sustainably.

Tanguy Petre
Chief Executive Officer
Founder and CEO of iMendos, with over 30 years across BPM consulting, ERP and IT architecture, risk and control systems, and improvement and project management. A mechanical and civil engineer from UCLouvain and a guest lecturer, he pairs strategic vision with hands-on delivery. BPM, CX, ARIS and Lean certified.
Thibault Mertes
Corporate Services Director
Leads iMendos corporate services, bringing over 10 years in financial management, business controlling and corporate services. A UCLouvain graduate (Louvain School of Management) in Finance, Management, Strategy & Sustainability, he keeps strategy and organizational development at the centre of how the firm runs.
Julia Dowding
Luxembourg Operations Director
Directs iMendos Luxembourg operations, with more than 20 years in BPM, business transformation, quality and risk management, and business continuity. Holds a BA (Hons) in Business Strategy & Marketing (Nottingham Trent) and a postgraduate diploma in Quality & Change Management (Salford). Certified ISO 9001 lead auditor and EFQM assessor, with Lean, CX and PRINCE2 credentials.
Bertrand Rousseau
Belgium Operations Director
Directs iMendos Belgian operations, with over 15 years in corporate governance, risk management and internal audit. A mathematics and computer science graduate from the University of Bordeaux, he is a seasoned BPM expert and project manager across PRINCE2 and Agile methodologies. BPM, CX and PRINCE2 certified.
François Barthelemy
Consulting Excellence Director
Leads iMendos consulting practice, with over 15 years in BPM, governance and process mining. He sets the standards that shape how iMendos designs and delivers — from functional design to technical engineering. A computer science Master from the University of Namur with a Bachelor in Economics, he bridges both worlds with a business-aware perspective.
