Use cases
Most organizations reach a point where processes exist in people's heads, in scattered Word documents, or in outdated Visio files nobody maintains. There is no single reference, no agreed notation, no way to know what is current. Every audit, every onboarding, every system change starts with the same question: how do we actually work?
We set up a governed ARIS repository from the ground up — defining the database structure, modelling conventions, naming standards and access rights before a single process is drawn. We run the first modelling cycle with your teams, so they build the content and the habits at the same time. The result is one authoritative place where processes are documented, versioned and owned — not a one-time snapshot, but a living repository.
This is more common than most organizations admit. ARIS was rolled out with good intentions, content was created during the project, and then adoption quietly collapsed. The repository is technically alive but effectively frozen — too complex to navigate, too outdated to trust, too far from daily work to matter.
We start with an honest audit: what content is worth keeping, what needs rebuilding, and what broke down in the governance model. Usually the problem is not the tool — it is missing ownership, unclear update responsibilities, or a structure that made sense at project launch but not in ongoing operations. We rebuild the governance layer first, then clean and restructure the content, and re-engage the teams who should be using it. We do not start from scratch unless we have to.
Every organization is under pressure to show AI progress, but most AI initiatives stall because the underlying processes are not documented, not clean, and not ready to train on. You cannot identify automation candidates if you do not know how work actually flows. You cannot deploy an AI agent reliably if there is no governed process behind it.
