Your Role

As a Functional Consultant, you sit at the intersection of business analysis, process design and platform enablement. You work directly with client teams to understand how their organization operates, model and improve their processes and architectures, and help them adopt the tools and governance models that make change stick. You are not a generalist — you bring domain expertise in BPM and/or enterprise architecture, and you know how to translate that expertise into tangible, trusted deliverables.

Responsibilities

  • Model and document business processes
  • Design governance frameworks and operating model
  • Configure ARIS or Alfabet to client standards
  • Produce structured, client-ready deliverables
  • Contribute to iMendos methods and knowledge base

Must Have

  • Bachelor Degree or Higher
  • Solid grounding in BPM concepts and methodology
  • Proficiency in ARIS or equivalent tooling
  • Structured thinker with genuine curiosity about organizations
  • Valid work permit for Belgium
  • Fluent in English and/or French

Nice to have

  • Enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, ArchiMate)
  • Alfabet or equivalent EA platform
  • ServiceNow or process mining exposure
  • Training design or facilitation experience
  • GRC or compliance methodology
  • Dutch, German or Luxembourgish
