Responsibilities
- Analyze, model, and optimize business processes
- Guide organizations through transformation and change
- Identify, assess, and govern operational and enterprise risks
- Work closely with business, technical, and executive stakeholders
- Contribute to our methods, knowledge base, and standards of practice
Must Have
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Structured thinking and a genuine interest in how organizations work
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Autonomous, rigorous, and comfortable with responsibility

Nice to have
- Experience with BPM or enterprise architecture tools and frameworks (e.g. ARIS, Alfabet)
- Knowledge of governance, risk, and compliance methodologies
- Familiarity with platforms such as ServiceNow
- Fluency in several languages (French, Dutch, German, Luxembourgish…)
- A track record in consulting or advisory roles
